Leather recliner in great condition.
No wear or tears. Heavy duty constructed, it's heavy.
It's not electric, but reclines with the small lever on the side, seen in the pic, so you're not going to get trapped in it during a power outage.
I do not have the room for it, so it needs to go.
I can deliver for an extra $50, but only during nice weather, because if I deliver, it'll be in an F-350 flatbed pickup.
