Skot Caring LLC is hiring EXPERIENCED DayHab Support Staff to support adults with developmental disabilities in Anchorage and Mat-Su (Wasilla/Palmer).

Position: DayHab Support Staff (DSP)
Pay: Competitive (Above average for experienced DSPs)
Schedule: PT/FT

Requirements:

• 2–3+ years DD experience
• Safety, communication, behavior support, teaching independence
• Able to work independently
• Clean driving record
• Pass Alaska background check
• Valid license + reliable vehicle
• Experience with Therap preferred
• TB test preferred
• CPR/First Aid preferred

Responsibilities:

• 1:1 community DayHab support
• Teach daily living skills (safety, budgeting, communication, coping)
• Follow PCSP goals
• Support behavior regulation
• Complete Therap notes
• Transport clients safely
