compensation: DOE - this job pays well, 50% of production or hourly rate, your choice (~$65/hr)
employment type: part-time
We are looking to hire a part-time dental hygienist for approximately 4-6 days/month with more days if desired. There is A LOT of flexibility with this position. You could work 1 or 2 days a week or you could work a condensed schedule of 4-6 business days in a row and have the rest of the month off. We can accommodate your schedule. The condensed option is perfect for someone who enjoys long chunks of time off (ex. the partner of a slope worker, a travel addict, a semi-retired individual, a new grad looking for a few more days/hours, a parent looking to work part-time). It's a great opportunity to work with a fun team. We are a team of long-term staff members who like to have fun at work. Because we do a good job, our patients love us and our hygiene schedule is booked out for months so we need another part-time hygienist to help us keep up with demand.
No evenings or weekends. The position is located in Anchorage.
The position is in a smaller private practice office with low turnover. Our long-term staff speaks to our commitment to being team players and enjoying our time at work. There is a lot of laughter at this office and we would love to find someone that enjoys having fun at work. Our other 2 hygienists have been here for 16 years and 10 years. The office manager has been here for over 16 years. We don't have a lot of turnover because it's a fun place to work.
We would LOVE to find a happy, calm, funny, and reliable hygienist. We take pride in giving our patients great service and quality care.
Many of our patients have become family to us and we want a hygienist that enjoys the patient-provider relationship.
We see patients of all ages. The position pays well. Pay is DOE.
