Case Manager Seeking Voucher-Friendly Housing for Clients (Anchorage)

I am a Case Manager currently assisting multiple clients who are actively seeking stable housing opportunities in Anchorage.
Many of the individuals I work with already have active housing vouchers and/or verified income sources and are prepared to move forward with housing as units become available. Clients include working adults, seniors, and individuals actively engaged in supportive services and housing stabilization.
I am looking to connect with landlords and property managers who are open to:
Housing Choice Vouchers
Sponsor-Based Rental Assistance
Rapid Rehousing programs
Other voucher or supportive housing programs
Units of interest include:
Studios
1-bedroom units
2-bedroom units
Rooms for rent
Private landlord rentals
Some clients have pets while others do not, so both pet-friendly and non-pet housing opportunities are appreciated.
I can assist with communication, paperwork coordination, referrals, and ongoing support throughout the housing process to help promote successful placements and long-term stability.
