I need a place to rent by June 30 th. I can afford up to $ 1,300. a month. Preferably in east Anchorage. 1 or 2 bedroom; need a garage or carport ( for the car). I'm a lifelong Alaskan ( since 1965) and am a single man, no drinking ,no drugs , no smoking, no parties, very clean and never (in 25 yrs.) late on rent.
