Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify and remove, or dispose of hazardous materials including asbestos, lead-based paint, waste oil, fuel, transmission fluid, radioactive materials or contaminated soil.
- Assists in demolition and deconstruction activities
- Clean and maintain tools, and equipment
- Responsible for keeping the site and grounds clean and neat
- Perform daily equipment checks
- Load and unload scrap materials into trucks and roll off boxes
- Perform work safely in accordance with company safety procedures and operate equipment safely
- Perform other related and non-related duties as assigned
- Willing to travel (this job will have out of town work)
Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
Level of Experience Requirements: 0-1 years related experience
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics
- Attention to detail – producing accurate, error‑free work.
Preferred
- 40hr Asbestos Certification
Necessary Physical Requirements
- The physical demands here are representative, not all inclusive of what's required by an employee for this role. Employees must always maintain a constant state of mental alertness. Employees are regularly required to stand for extended periods of time, climb ladders, and wear personal protective equipment including wearing a respirator (up to full face PAPR) for the entire work shift (except for rest and meal breaks).

Additional Qualifying Factors
- As a condition of employment, you will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening, Fit for Duty Physical and have acceptable background check results. If applicable to the contract, you must also obtain and maintain the appropriate clearance levels required and must also be able to obtain access to military installations.
