Trevi Builders is looking for a Assistant Superintendent to help oversee custom home projects throughout the Anchorage area.
This is primarily a field position. Most of your time will be spent visiting job sites, coordinating subcontractors, checking progress, identifying issues, and helping keep projects moving forward. There will be some office work for scheduling, documentation, and project coordination, but the majority of the role is in the field.
This is a great opportunity for someone with construction experience who wants to take on more responsibility and grow with a company that specializes in custom homes.
Responsibilities:
Visit active job sites and monitor project progress
Coordinate subcontractors and daily job site activities
Help keep projects on schedule
Identify issues and work with subcontractors to resolve them
Ensure work is being completed according to plans and specifications
Coordinate deliveries, inspections, and upcoming work
Track project progress and maintain job documentation
Follow up on incomplete or outstanding work items
