We are seeking full-time Drywall Finisher for the Anchorage area. The ideal candidate must be reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced in drywall patching and repair. Applicants should be willing to work 40–50 hours per week, follow directions, and consistently adhere to established safety practices.
Pay is $18–$28 per hour, depending on skills, experience, and quality of workmanship. This position offers strong potential for growth and advancement for individuals who take pride in their work and are motivated to expand their skill set.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
•Finishing commercial smooth-wall TI projects and change orders.
• Drywall patching and repair (small to large patches, hole repairs, seam repairs)
• Surface preparation, including sanding, scraping, and priming
• Matching textures (orange peel, knockdown, hand textures, etc.)
• Assisting with minor painting and finishing as needed
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area on job sites
Requirements:
• Prior experience in drywall patching and finishing preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to lift and carry materials as needed
