A local storage facility is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team as a Part-Time Janitor / Grounds Maintenance Worker / Gopher.
Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour
Hours: 28 hours per week (4 days per week, 7 hours per day)
Job Duties Include, but are Not Limited To:
• Sweeping and mopping floors
• Cleaning walls and windows
• General janitorial and facility cleaning
• Mowing lawns
• Seasonal grounds maintenance and cleanup
• Assisting with various facility tasks as a general helper/gopher
• Moving supplies and materials as needed
• Keeping buildings and surrounding grounds clean, organized, and well maintained
• Other light maintenance and general labor duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Must be fluent in English and able to communicate effectively
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Must be able to remain on your feet for the duration of your shift
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Friendly with a positive attitude
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys a variety of tasks. This position is physically active and requires standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the workday.
