I have a couple cabins on Bottley Creek, up near Eureka Alaska. I’m looking for construction help from one or possibly two people. No experience is required. Just looking for someone who’s in good physical shape, and is a hard worker. This position will last for approximately 8 to 12 weeks. And will begin in the second or third week of June, and continue until late August or early September. Depending on the weather, and our progress on the project.
These cabins are remote. There is no road access to them. And we will be accessing them with a Sherp.
The position pays $20 per hour (for hours worked on the project). Plus housing (your own cabin), food, and transportation. Including airfare (if you live out of state). We will not work more than 40 hours per week. And we may have weeks where we work less if the weather is not good.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age or older. And willing to sign a liability waiver. Applicants must also be in good physical condition. And able to lift at least 50 pounds without difficulty. Applicants must also be willing to live remotely in the wilderness for several weeks at a time.
