Hello,
Looking for a reliable person to help with various ongoing projects around an apartment complex.
Tasks may include:
Raking and general yard cleanup
Picking up and organizing various items
Light hauling and moving materials
Minor carpentry and repair work
Basic cleanup and maintenance tasks
Using appropriate hand and power tools safely
Helping identify needed materials and creating supply lists so projects can be completed efficiently
This is a hands-on position with a variety of tasks depending on current project needs. Looking for someone who is dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working both independently and with direction.
Requirements:
Ability to perform physical labor
Basic tool knowledge
Reliable transportation preferred
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
