O.b.o , complete ducting system for a small ranch home that was taken down due to a fire. John in Eagle River by Fred Meyers 242-83two4. Text with questions or to make an offer. The basement was uneffected by the fire.
Ducting in good shape, a bath with a garden hose or pressure washer will remove the dust accumulate from the years past.
Complete system includes the rectangular plenum that necks down on both ends and 8 feed legs (typical 6" galv ducting pipe) that go to the rooms, you can cut the feeds to length, I saved the registers that I could get. I have a box full of hangers, screws and the seam pcs.
Nicely designed system that ran along the main beam down the center of the basement with the furnace in the middle.
I also have the furnace for sale, another ad (240), I hope to clean it and run a test run to verify everything ok post fire. It's an older Amana that was used up until the fire just b4 Christmas.
Thank God , everyone ok .
I also grabbed many other things, plumbing, fixtures, wiring, a few cabinets, kitchen and bathroom sink with vanity, medicine cabinet.
Etc..even the toilet, which I started to wash on that warm day last week.
Dresser and bed frame gone .. I have a nice thick quality foam queen mattress (now cut for bunks)that can be cut to size (outdoors, so lots of fresh air and snow wash) , 10 bucks, zippered cover 10 bucks.
Many wooden beams (480 o.b.o for the beam lot), another ad, ok back to work , lots of nails to pull, reclaimed lumber, and beams.
Nails all pulled, I also have a small lot of misc lumber for 100, pick out what you need, 20 bucks minimum order.
Lot of 80 plus foundation blocks (160 bucks).
