STORED INDOORS:
4'x12' sheets
1/2" and 5/8"
$20 per sheet
OUTSIDE, COVERED with tarp:
*54"x8' sheets...1/2"
$13 per sheet
*48" & 54" x 12' sheets...1/2"
$17 per sheet
Selling at around half price of going to a store.
Have telescoping forklift to load.
Possible further discount for high volume.
PLEASE READ:
Sheets have various damage.
Most often to corners or where a forklift caught an edge.
Usable with some hot mud filler.
Many sheets will not require any additional filler/patches.
Often the damaged edge can get covered by baseboard.
Likewise, damaged area can often be turned into a door/window where it'll be cut off anyway.
Some sheets have spots where mold showed signs of beginning (usually at an edge...should be able to remove it, treat it, or cut if off).
WHY SELLING:
We build new buildings, so these get sorted out during construction.
HOW THIS IS BEING SOLD:
Selling off stacks from top-down.
If a sheet shows signs of being really bad, then I'll give a bigger discount.
As-Is. Where is. No Returns. No Refunds. Being sold for a deal, so I want to limit my time in selling these, but I will still try to accommodate various schedules/timelines.
LOADING:
If you have a deck-over trailer or long flatbed, I can load right onto it (you need to bring pallets or boards to put underneath).
PAYMENT:
Cash preferred.
Venmo/Cashapp will be a 3% fee.
Trades/Bartering possible (prefer cash, but maybe open to trading):
hunting items, fishing gear, canoe, skiff, shelving/racking system for storage, dirtbike, motorcycle, plow, outboard, trailer, tires, possibly construction services, possibly newer generation tools, possibly items for kids (video game system, arcade games, etc..).
Something else...just offer (no junk please).
