If you have any interest in owning this piece of WW II history, come see it.
Leaving around the end of September.
This is an 84 year old survivor from WW2.
Built in England and shipped to Africa for the military.
Rebuilt, not restored condition.
Engine, gearbox, clutch, all rebuilt with new crank bearings, bored to first oversize NOS piston & rings, NOS head & valves, timing chains, carb, rebuilt magneto, etc. Runs well. New tires & tubes.
Lots of spare parts, NOS head still in wood box from WW2, manuals, books, etc.
Original toolkit in leather tool roll and new Whitworth sockets and wrenches.
Odometer reset to 0 during rebuild, actual mileage over 84 years is anybody's guess.
Obviously a bike for a collector, not a commuter.
I'm moving out of state and can't take it with me.
