The bike and engine are matching numbers with many new parts installed over the last two years. Of note are refurbished cylinders with ductile iron sleeves/STD pistons installed by Jerry Greer who also installed a new valve train and guides, new reproduction heads etc. The original Linkert M344 carburetor has many new USA made parts. New oil pump, 12v conversion with alternator kit from V-Twin mfg.(the original Autolite 6v generator and a C.E. 6v generator are included), LED bulbs, electronic ignition, etc. The standard 3 speed gearbox has Starklite gears, the cluster gear upgraded with roller bearings and the clutch upgraded with a QUA brand sintered bronze kit. Starts easy, cold or hot.

Along with the larger parts and accessories shown in the last two photos, are many other misc parts included. A tool box of specialized tools, repair books etc. are also included.

The sidecar is a 1940 (military) Indian with many new parts (brake shoes, drum, bearings etc.), a Starklite chrome rim etc. The sidecar body is original while the skirted fender is a reproduction with powered tail/running and brake light. Parts included are a new brake drum/shoes/backing plate to use a 1946+ wheel as well as a tonneau cover. The original 1940-only sidecar attachment bar is included (a 1941 and later style bar is what's being used now). The brake is connected to the bike and works well with a ‘brake equalizer’ linkage.

I will sell the sidecar separately for $8500. It will come with all the attachments and parts, plus the color matched motorcycle saddle and 20t drive sprocket, everything to attach to a 1940-1953 Indian Chief.

Located in Seward. I check email around once a day, so my reply may be delayed or you can text/call before 8pm; Alaska area code - 4nineone - threezero48.
