Position Summary:
Under the general direction of the Administrator, the Administrative Assistant provides front-office and administrative support essential to daily operations.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Work independently and manage assigned tasks with minimal supervision
• Professionally greet and assist residents, families, and visitors
• Answer and route phone calls with excellent customer service
• Organize, file, and maintain office and resident records
• Schedule and manage appointments
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and stock management to ensure adequate supplies
• Maintain and update resident care records (daily, weekly, monthly, and as needed)
• Communicate with residents, Power of Attorneys (POAs), pharmacies, and healthcare providers as directed
• Assist with and participate in resident community activities as needed
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF documents
• Professional phone etiquette
• Patient, kind, and respectful when interacting with residents, families, and staff

Core Requirements (Mandatory):
• Must pass a criminal background check
• TB clearance
• Hepatitis B immunization
• Current First Aid / CPR certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start or within a specified timeframe)

Preferred Qualifications:
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a healthcare or similar office environment
• Experience with ordering supplies and basic inventory tracking preferred

Pay is competitive and based on experience. Position is immediately available.
