Join an established mechanical contracting team and play a key role in helping us win and execute successful HVAC, plumbing, and sheet metal projects.
We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Estimating Technician to support our estimating team with takeoffs, bid preparation, subcontractor/vendor coordination, and project turnover documentation.
What You'll Do:
✔ Perform HVAC, plumbing, and sheet metal takeoffs
✔ Assist with bid preparation and proposal assembly
✔ Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
✔ Maintain estimating databases and pricing information
✔ Support Project Managers with change order and project turnover documentation
✔ Review plans and specifications for scope completeness
What We're Looking For:
🔹 Construction industry experience preferred
🔹 Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
🔹 Strong computer and organizational skills
🔹 Experience with Bluebeam, Trimble AutoBid, or similar software is a plus
🔹 Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
