ABOUT US: we are a small, local business that is owned and operated by a husband/wife team. Our goal is to provide Anchorage and surrounding areas with AFFORDABLE, yet high quality, professional property maintenance services - and 4 years in, we have been able to do just that for our clients!
PRICING: BEFORE DISCOUNTS we base our pricing (for Anchorage residents) off of the following formula: $10 plus $50 per man and $2 per full contractor bag filled and taken to the dump. We do not charge any minimums, so a 12 minute job with two employees (before discounts) costs $30. For new customers we are offering 10% off the first mow, 5% off of the first cleanup , and an additional 5% off of all payments made in cash. For payments made in cash, the hourly cost is $45 per man hour plus the other flat rates, and this offer does not expire. For residents in the Valley, the hourly cost is the same, except there is a $30 flat fee to cover gas costs (which is reduced to $20 for any job that takes longer than 75 mins. We typically work in a two-man team, but if you need less or moreinstead, we can accommodate!
