Find your new love among ACAT's rescued kittens and cats. ACAT has some wonderful kittens, teens and cats looking for forever homes.
See Alaska Cat Adoption Team's available felines on the ACAT website: www.alaskacat.org.
You may visit the kitties in their foster homes by appointment. ACAT has foster homes in Anchorage, Eagle River, Chugiak, Palmer and Wasilla.
All of our kitties are started on shots and dewormed, and given other medical treatment as needed. Older kittens, teens and adults are altered and some are microchipped. Read all about their great personalities. Most bios are on our website: www.alaskacat.org.
We have a feline-leukemia-positive teen kitten that need a special home and will be homed by special arrangement. All special-needs kitties are marked accordingly.
ACAT is an all-volunteer, 501c3 nonprofit network of foster homes. We raise our kitties in our homes, much like family members, so they will be ready to live in yours. Learn all about our philosophy and mission on our website at www.alaskacat.org. There are adoption fees for our placements, and a spay-neuter deposit for all unaltered kittens. Felines chosen at adoption clinics are subject to a 24-hour waiting period before the adoption is finalized. ACAT kitties may NOT be declawed. Please determine if there are cat allergies in your household BEFORE adopting a kitty.
To assist the adoption process, potential adopters should submit a pre-adoption application on the ACAT website.
To meet our kitties, text or call the specific foster home listed on the website or ACAT at 907-982-ACAT. Don't forget your carrier.
Please note there are special requirements for adoptions of young kittens to people living where there is no regular veterinary service, and for those adopting male-female kitten combos. Call for more information.
ACAT is a 2020 "Pick. Click. Give." organization. We are also part of the Fred Meyer Community Rewards program and Amazon Smile. Thank you for your support.
The kitties shown here were available at time of posting or renewed posting. See who is currently available at www.alaskacat.org.
We reserved the right to refuse to home cats to anyone. Our priority is the safety, well-being and quality of life of our felines.
