Deeded ground (2.7 acres) 5 miles from Nome on decent road with 49 loads of fill graded flat , nice view of lake , plenty of room to build, in ' Lake subdivision', no taxes, no yearly fees of any kind, great place to set up for a gold mining career ('Triple Creek' operating mine just up the road) ...this ground probably has gold below the tundra for it's all part of an old patented mining claim....good drainage with slightly rising slope to the west , so that additional fill will go a long ways (probably only needs to be 18" deep....as the raven flies, it's about 2 miles to salt water so has the potential for old beach placers under ground. GPS 64.5188N, 165.2399W

Owning ground in much of Alaska is different than down in the lower 48. Down in the lower 48 do we still have private property? Do we? Do you own something that can be taken away without penalty or prosecution? The way I explained it to a prospective county commissioner and to my county judge, is that if I own a coffee cup, I will never have to pay another dime to keep it. They can’t say that about property. The response, “then pay your taxes.” But there are no further taxes on the coffee cup I own, the chair I sit in or the refrigerator I take my drinks out of. Those are things I own. A service, like electricity, natural gas and internet connectivity are different, they supply me with consumables. Land is not a consumable brought to me through wires or pipes. In ALASKA remote property is NOT taxed...YOU OWN IT!!!

Prefer cash deal .....no lowball BS........$50,000 for the deeded property , also I'd trade for gold
Call or email...NO TEXT....3 six zero 4 two seven 5 three 67 mornings are best

Key words: land, lot, placer, mining, peace and tranquility , gold claims, gold, real estate
