I have cooked and been a chef all over the country at some of the best restaurants, literally. I have an extensive culinary background; from 3 Michelin Star restaurants to casual dining throughout the country.

I am in Alaska now and looking for someone that wants to do something special. I want to create a space that celebrates Alaska and develops true Alaska cuisine. Ultimately, I want to create one of the true special restaurants in the world. Not just a good restaurant in Alaska, one of best of the world. No pretentiousness, no games, just pure honest cooking at a very high level.

This will cost money. This will take extensive research and R&D. Will we be closed during the harsher winter months to prepare menus for the upcoming season. (For me this is more than a year around job, it’s my life!) If you are a luxury lodge/inn this could work in a positive way given that the cuisine could only be experienced by lodge guest. We are not about volume and profits will be made, but not a cash cow. The goal is to create and define Alaska cuisine.

I have knowledge in all areas of the restaurant. FOH, BOH, Numbers, Forecasting, Vendor Relationships, etc.
