🌴⭐️We are looking for a friendly, reliable Shop Manager to lead our seasonal gift shop this summer (mid-May to mid-September).
💥This is a hands-on working manager role, perfect for someone who enjoys working directly with customers while leading a small, supportive team in a fun summer environment.

🛍 What you’ll be doing
• Serving customers and providing excellent customer service
• Leading and supporting a small seasonal team
• Opening and closing the shop
• Operating tills, cash handling, and sales reporting
• Managing stock, displays, and inventory
• Keeping the shop clean, welcoming, and well organized
• Stepping in on the shop floor during busy times or staff shortages
• Other reasonable duties as required to support shop operations
👤 What we’re looking for
• Previous retail experience (supervisory experience preferred)
• Friendly, reliable, and confident in a customer-facing role
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to take initiative and support a small team
• Available full-time during the summer season
💰 Pay & Details
• $22–$25/hour (DOE)
• Performance-based seasonal bonus available (based on store performance)
• Seasonal role: mid-May to mid-September (approx.)
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
