You get your own furnished bedroom, private bathroom and private furnished living room area, plus separate entrance through the backyard. There is not a full kitchen, but there is a kitchenette that includes a microwave, 2-burner electric stovetop, air fryer toaster oven, coffee maker and medium-sized fridge. There is a shared washer and dryer downstairs, a shared outdoor shed for extra storage and a nice fenced yard with fire pit. You'll have your own parking spot in the driveway.
The house is located on a dead end street right next to a small, neighborhood park and the Fish Creek trail system. Rental term is a minimum 6-month lease, then month-to month after that. Rent is $1250/month, including all utilities and internet. Tenant is responsible for snow removal in their parking spot and walkway. Available starting mid-December. Single occupancy only.
A little about me--I'm a 40 y.o. woman, small business owner that often works from home. I'm an introvert and tend to like a quiet, peaceful home, especially when I'm there working. I like to cook, garden, and play outside. I have a slightly neurotic 5 year old black lab/German Shepard mix :) He's sweet but it can take him a little while to warm up to new people. No additional pets allowed.
