I have a furnished private downstairs suite available in my clean, quiet home near Tudor and Boniface. This is a comfortable setup for one person or possibly two people who want a peaceful, well kept living space without having to furnish an entire place.
The suite is part of a shared home, but it has a fantastic amount of privacy. It includes a private and spacious downstairs living room, private bathroom, furnished bedroom, medium sized refrigerator, microwave, and a second room that can be used as an office, storage space, workout room, or additional bedroom, which I'm able to furnish if you need.

The home is located near Tudor and Boniface, about 10 minutes from JBER and downtown Anchorage. Reflection Lake is very close by, and the neighborhood has a quiet residential feel while still being close to town.
This is still a shared home environment, so I am looking for someone clean, respectful, responsible, and easy to communicate with. This is not a party house. It is best suited for someone who values privacy, cleanliness, and a calm living environment.
Maximum occupancy is two people.
Rent is $1,375 per month with all utilities and WiFi included. First month’s rent and a $500 security deposit are due up front.
Dogs may be considered on a case by case basis.
Assistance animal requests will be reviewed separately in accordance with applicable fair housing laws.
Background check and references required. I am flexible on lease length, but I usually like to start with a 3 month lease to make sure it is a good fit for both of us.
