Home is fully furnished including washer/dryer; bedroom is fully furnished with queen or double bed (bedding provided), dresser, nightstand, and lamps. Access to all common areas in house including fully equipped kitchen, living and family rooms, dining room, large deck and yard with fire pit and chiminea.

House is shared with owner and 3 housemates (4 people total). Bathroom is shared with the 3 housemates. Owner is a retired wildlife biologist and park ranger, easy going, respectful and a considerate housemate and is an avid skier, hiker, sea kayaker, runner, mt biker. Gear storage available.

Have rented to both male and female roommates in past and will provide references if desired.

Each room is $780/month plus share of monthly utilities (water/sewer, gas, electric, Wi-Fi, garbage). Lease required (no month-to-month) and duration is negotiable (especially for traveling nurse or other temporary professional).
