The neighborhood is crime-free and very quiet. Many return from season to season while some have stayed with us for many years. IT IS YOUR HOME. It is not just a room, the tenant has full use of the home. We also have a beautiful furnished room downstairs. Tenant has full use of the home.
Excellent area to take walks or use your bike. Bike trails are very near the home. Quiet, crime-free neighborhood.
ROOMS
Fully furnished rooms with a bed, large storage rack. clothes cabinet, table, small refrigerator. All sheets/blankets provided. All rooms are all fully furnished and self contained.
Free utilities, TV and parking.
We require a strong work history. No heavy alcohol, drugs or smoking are allowed.
KITCHEN
Cupboard space for tenants as well as refrigerator/freezer space. Full use of the kitchen.
LIVINGROOM
Ample seating. Large TV providing DISH for the tenant's enjoyment. Wonderful view of the Chugach Range Mountains.
BATHROOM
Shared. Always immaculate.
Laundry is done for the tenants for a small fee. Much nicer than having to go to a washeteria.
