Check out our cozy, quiet, Spenard/Midtown guest house!
We have seven furnished private rooms, a full size and fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely green common area for guests to enjoy. There are two shared, but locking bathrooms (one with shower, the other with shower/tub).
Unlimited high speed internet - streaming tv’s
We are conveniently located smack in the middle of Spenard, with access to lots of restaurants and shops.
5 minute drive to/from airport .
On bus routes #40 and #85
Common Ground is a historical Spenard building-coded as a hotel, with rooms upstairs and downstairs.
Like an oasis in the middle of “it all”…, Common Ground Guest House is clean, comfortable, and a smacking deal for travelers and locals alike !
We are a ‘dry’ ….., clean and sober house = no alcohol/drugs
Guests are issued a key to the house and the key to deadbolt for room.
Weekly rate: $300-350 plus 12% tax
single occupancy only
Nightly rate: $80 - 100 plus tax
Price varies depending on number of people and/or which room is available….
Again, there are 7 total rooms in guest house …., 4 of which each have a twin size bed for a single occupant, the other 3 rooms each have a full size bed to accommodate couples.
*All rentals exceeding one month stay will have tax returned and will not be charged tax thereafter
