House is a duplex with quiet neighbors, located in Valley of the Moon, a short walk from the Chester Creek trail. Available room is furnished with a full sized bed, dresser, bedside table, lamps, and room dimming curtains. Plenty of storage, off street parking.
I’m looking for a mature, clean, responsible, and quiet individual who is self-aware and has good communication skills. Preference for female roommates, but I'm open to the right person.
About me:
I’m in my early 40s, cis female, low key and down to earth. I like to get outside and spend time with friends, but also enjoy being at home. I rarely party and drink little, non-smoker. Variable work schedule. I have one exceedingly chill old dog.
As a roommate I’m quiet, clean and tidy, communicative, have good boundaries, respectful of others’ space, and committed to keeping things peaceful. I need to recharge at home so I tend to keep to myself. I need a quiet house; potential roommates must be ok with this (ie. infrequent guests, no tv, loud music etc)
