Very large and extremely quiet home. Excellent neighborhood. We have 1 room, downstairs, available. XL room, nice closet, desk nook, large window sill as long as the wall. Floor has a full bath, with full kitchen upstairs. 1 roommate on the downstairs, male 30ish yrs old, has been here 6yrs. He's exceptionally quiet and sticks to himself. Upstairs are two dogs, friendly but protective. The big dog prefers the ladies, but gets alongside with others with a little help. Full kitchen and a 2nd half bath as well as a full laundry room. 3 roommate upstairs that include the 3 homeowners, two females 41, 55, and a 35yr old male. Your welcome to join us for holiday meals or a movie in the living room upstairs. Entrance to the house comes in the garage, you'd have your own code not accessible to others.
