This roommate will have a 10x10' room (Exclusive - Single Occupancy) with use of a common area bath (Shared) that they share with up to one other roommate, and access to all house common areas(Kitchen, Living room, dining room, Laundry, etc). SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY.
