Large 8 bedroom home with roommates. Our focus is community and creating an atmosphere centered around mindfulness and mutual consideration. Many of us are young professionals or avid outdoor enthusiasts. Our place is ideal for someone interested in intentional community living or someone moving up to Anchorage and desiring to be a part of a social community. We find a healthy balance between community and personal time. Monthly rent is $700 (month to month) and includes utilities and high speed Wifi.

Fully equipped kitchen with furnished common areas and washer/dryer. Rooms come furnished with a bed. Spacious backyard with private parking for your vehicle. We have a wood burning sauna and a sensory deprivation float tank (a favorite during the winter). We are two to three blocks walking distance to restaurants, cafes, and one block from the bus line. The coastal trail is 5 minutes away by bicycle.

Security deposit of $700

Room is available from October to April. In the summer (May to September) we are a hostel and host mountaineers and backcountry travelers.

Sorry pets are not allowed.
