Many of us are young professionals or avid outdoor enthusiasts. Our place is ideal for someone just moving up to Anchorage or desiring to be a part of a social community. We find a healthy balance between community and having your own personal time. Monthly rent is $700 (month to month) and includes utilities and high speed Wifi.

Fully equipped kitchen with furnished common areas and washer/dryer. Rooms come furnished with a bed and desk. Spacious backyard with private parking for your vehicle. We also have a wood burning sauna, a sensory deprivation float tank, a tipi, and chickens. We are two to three blocks walking distance to restaurants, cafes, and one block from the bus line. The coastal trail is 5 minutes away by bicycle.

Security deposit of $700

Room is available from October to April. Summer is not available (May to September) as we host climbers and backcountry travelers.
