Just a basic room nothing too fancy and looking for someone that's looking for the same. Laid back and drama free home and there are never people coming and going and, I would like to keep it that way. I am open to pets but, I am not a fan of owners that don't have good discipline with their pets. I like getting people on their feet and have had lot's of family that have used the room to springboard into independence as young adults. If you are relocating to Alaska please at least be present in Alaska if you respond. The price is including utilities but, if you do little projects here and there I am open to a reduction in rent.
