No houseguests, no drama and, no smoking please. Hoping to help someone looking to get on their feet with a furnished room ready to go from someone fresh out of the house (young adult) or your in need of a bed to bed transfer to get out of a bad situation quickly. I would consider lowering the price if you wanted to help with laundry or dishes. I would love hear about you and price includes utilities. I am a 40 year old male and I live alone.
