I will post what I need and don't need and you can see if you are a good fit.
What I need:
Someone that's a peaceful presence in the home.
Someone with a green thumb for the spring.
Someone that doesn't bring people into the home or chaos near the home.
I would like someone that already has peace in their life looking to live at peace next to another person.
What I don't need:
I don't need someone that cooks and cleans for me.
I don't need someone that want to take over the house.
I don't need anything sexual in nature.
I don't need people that are not content in life.
Do you want to live at peace in peace with another man that is living at peace in peace? Are you generally happy and content with life? If so, Can you tell me a little about you and your situation? I have been living alone for the past couple years but the offer to stay here has always been available. I just have a strict policy about people that bring chaos with them and have said no for the past couple years to maintain the peace in the home. If you think this works reach out and best of luck :)
