Dropped price $500. I know it's late in the season, but this one is worth it. 2005 Lance 845 for a shortbed, in excellent condition. I purchased this from the original owner who brought it up from Arizona using only a few times. Last summer I had Performance RV test/repair all systems bring them to new,pressure checked the propane system, replaced regulators, hoses, electrical. I have the receipts. I also had them install a new membrane on the roof, even though it didn't need it. It has electric jacks, with remote and the crank just in case. Comes with brand new still in the box Honda 2200 EU generator, ABUS shackle with ABUS security chain, Honda anti-theft steel handle installed, comes with adapters allowing you to run it using remote tank like outboard motor, and a super-quiet additional muffler you can add. Will include the stainless steel shackles to holdown, all you need to do is install a Happyjac (holds the camper centered in the pickup), and install the electrical connection. I'll give you a battery regulator kit that if you install a second battery, once you turn off your truck, you can run your accessories from it. The camper also comes with a 2 year old battery kept in warm storage and is charged. I have the chemicals for the black water and hoses for the outside shower. It is good to go. The manager of Performance RV told me he was shocked at the excellence of the interior, "a time capsule", is what he said. It's just that nice. Even has a JVC cassette deck in it and radio (scratchy). I have all original paperwork and receipts. Weighs 2340 pounds dry. Wet shower, outside shower, hot water on demand, and more. No need to spend $40k on a new camper when this one is ready for years to come.
One thing needs fixing: the rear door locks, it was fitted with a lock to lock the door (double locked, additional cylinder), this fell out, I have it, I was informed any competent locksmith can fit a new one.
