Only 47k miles, adventure ready rv, 27ft long, and sleeps 8. Ive put a thousand dollars into it just in the last month making sure its ready for this season. New emergency battery, sealed some spots that were starting to crack on the roof, replaced all the grey and black water tank sensors (6 total), replaced the serpentine belt, etc. All the appliances work, fridge, freezer, oven, both sinks, shower, and outdoor shower. Only thing that has not been tested yet this season is the fresh water as I'm waiting till it stops freezing hard at night so I don't have a pipe burst. I'll test it as soon as it warms up a little. (Update- water system has now been tested and is 100% good to go) Cosmetically its pretty good for its age, some little thinhs are that the decals are faded in some places on the outside, and the carpet is stained here and there. However, the previous owner (who happens to be a work friend) put down a sacrificial layer of other carpet over the original in all the high wear areas, so under that it should all look great. Queen sized bed in the master bedroom, tons of storage everywhere, low hrs on the generator (about 250), rear adjustable air ride suspension, light bar up front, lots of other little things. I've only had it for a year, selling because we found out its just too big for just the wife and I, with the occasional small trips we go on. Feel free to message me if you want more pictures, or with any questions. Open to offers.
