20s male looking for room or space for GH (Anchorage)

Like the title says, I’m looking to rent a room or space that would work to host a GH. The only real requirement I have is a little privacy for me and the guest, but apart from that I’m very open and flexible. Something like a shed would even work for this. If you have anywhere that could work, please let me know. Thanks
