I am a “retired senior” female who enjoys a quiet, simple lifestyle, not “in your face” friendly, but social and polite; needing a room with bath, all utilities included, simply furnished (or not), minimal kitchen use ( if possible), no more than 3/4 stairs at most, off street parking near entry, cat friendly, GLBTQ friendly, with a month to month rental arrangement covering approximately 1-6 months. I can move in with a week’s notice, including 1 month’s rent and deposit if cost is equatable to my income.
