Faltz Landscaping & Nursery, Alaska’s premier full-service landscape company, is seeking Seasonal Landscape Project Managers to support our sales and design efforts during the busy landscaping season. This position focuses on managing client relationships from initial contact through project completion while coordinating closely with our experienced internal team and installation crews.
This is an entry to mid-level position. We’re not looking for someone who knows everything—we’re looking for the right person with a strong attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt. Training and support will be provided. This role is ideal for someone with a background in sales that is interested in developing skills in project management and landscape construction while being a front-facing representative of Faltz Landscaping, Inc.
What You’ll Do
• Serve as the primary point of contact for residential clients throughout the full project lifecycle
• Meet with clients to discuss project goals, budgets, timelines, and expectations
• Assist with estimating, proposals, and sales follow-up
• Coordinate schedules, materials, and workflows with installation teams
• Visit job sites for measurements, progress checks, and quality control
• Communicate clearly with clients, crews, and office staff to ensure projects run smoothly
What We’re Looking For
Required:
• Sales or customer-facing experience
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Willingness to learn landscape construction methods, materials, and company standards
• Positive, upbeat, can-do attitude
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, seasonal work environment
• Sales-focused mindset with experience working directly with clients
• Ability to work outdoors in varying Alaska weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Preferred (but not required):
• Background in landscaping, construction, or related trades
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) — a plus
• Prior experience coordinating crews, schedules, or projects
Schedule
This is a seasonal full-time position running March through October/November (weather dependent). Flexibility for evening and weekend scheduling is expected.
