The tire and rim are compatible but as shown in the pictures they are separate items. The rim is 12" ITP brand new (still needs value stem) never been installed, I might even have the box it came in. Price on the rim is $55
The tire is an ITP mud lite and it was and is used. There is noticeable wear on the tire but nothing bad, no cracking or rotting. There's still plenty of life left. Looking to get $65 on the tire.
