Wrench only, I used a heavy duty tire iron to turn it as I never had the 6 sided bar. As pictured this is the good one. Ken Tools h/d good steel!

There is a 5/8" square well in the end to adapt to a 5/8"extension but I believe it fits the end of the lug stud to hold the stud from turning also.
The lug nut sizes are 1" and 1 1/4" for this Lug wrench. Certainly could be used as a shallow well 6 point socket also. Nice and long for recessed bolts and nuts, such as on a dually.
New these are about 40 bucks. If you can find one. This one in hand.
Also the 5/8" square well pocket is to hold the end of the old style lug studs with the square head on them.
Dayton or Bud style wheels, as well as military rigs. Or your use .
