A growing electrical contractor based in Anchorage, Alaska. Currently operating with a staff of roughly 40 individuals; apprentices, journeymen, and support staff. We have been growing and find ourselves in need of a shop quartermaster in order to facilitate further expansion.
Our contract and service teams service oilfield, residential, commercial, and industrial clients all across Alaska. Currently, we face a need for an ASE certified mechanic and quartermaster.
Expectations:
• Repairing the fleet on an as needed basis.
• Maintaining the fleet in a timely fashion in order to ensure safe and reliable operation.
• Prioritizing safety in all aspects of the job; not simply at the job site or office.
• Troubleshooting operational errors and how to resolve the situation.
• Cooperative with a variety of teams, customers, and working situations.
• Ensuring a timely schedule, and communicating disruptions or misaligned timelines.
• Organizing the shop of parts, tools, and other assets.
• Tracking which tools are in the field or otherwise checked out from the office.
• Developing a maintenance schedule to ensure all mechanic components are in safe working order.
• Inspecting and examining parts for signs of wear or failure.
Requirements:
• Current ASE certification.
• Current Driver’s License.
• Basic tools.
