Position Overview
This is a commission-based Estimator role with bi-weekly payouts. You will meet with clients, build accurate estimates, and close work while coordinating with project managers and field teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Meeting with clients and reviewing project scopes
- Creating detailed and accurate estimates
- Performing material takeoffs and labor costing
- Writing professional scopes of work
- Following up with clients to close jobs
- Coordinating with field crews and operations
Project Types
- Remodeling projects (kitchens, bathrooms, interiors)
- Decks, fences, and exterior work
- Inspection report repairs
- Property maintenance and make-ready services
- Insurance-related repairs (water damage, ice damming)
Compensation Structure
- Commission-based pay (percentage of closed jobs)
- Bi-weekly payouts
- Performance bonuses for high closing rates
- Unlimited earning potential
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- 3–5+ years of estimating or construction experience
- Strong understanding of construction practices
- Ability to build estimates independently
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and sales ability
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with JobTread, or similar platforms
- General contracting or multi-trade experience
- Blueprint reading ability
- Strong closing skills
