CE2 Engineers, a leading civil engineering and construction management company serving rural Alaska for over 40 years, has an opening for an experienced Construction Superintendent to supervise construction of community infrastructure projects in rural Alaska. Projects include underground utilities (water and sewer), water storage tanks, lift stations, and utility buildings.
Minimum Requirements:
• 10 years construction experience with 5 years supervisory experience.
• Ability to supervise and train local force account construction crews.
• Willing and able to travel within rural Alaska, including damp and dry communities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience with the Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook email).
• Familiarity with daily report and timecard preparation.
• Rural Alaska experience, force account experience, painting and/or tank
coating experience, and/or AK CESCL certification are a plus.
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to stand and walk on uneven ground for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be capable of remote travel in small aircraft, ATV’s, small watercraft.
• Must be able to climb ladders up to 24 feet high.

Terms of Employment:
• Seasonal, full time field position.
• Normal field schedule is six 10-hour workdays per workweek.
• Transportation will be provided from Anchorage to rural Alaskan job sites.
Room and board will be provided at the job site.
