360 Construction & Design is looking for a dedicated, experienced Carpenter or Lead Carpenter to join our respected and award-winning team. We specialize in high-end remodels, custom home builds, and residential additions across the Anchorage Bowl and Mat-Su Valley. 🔨 What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking someone who brings planning, efficiency, skill, care, and pride to every detail. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in:
- High-end kitchen & bath remodels
- Structural framing
- Precision finish carpentry (cabinets, doors, trim, casework)
- Drywall repair and texture blending
- Interior finishes (painting, staining, etc.)
- Flooring installation (tile, LVP, engineered hardwood)
- The ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality
- Owning and maintaining your own professional-grade tools
🧱 Additional Responsibilities for Lead Carpenter Role:
- Read and interpret plans, specs, and design selections
- Understand and apply MOA building codes
- Lead and manage subcontractors and in-house staff on-site
- Handle project scheduling, inspections, and permit close-outs
- Maintain open and clear communication with clients and team members
- Keep accurate digital records, including timecards and receipts
✅ Qualifications:
- Clean background and drug screening (note: marijuana is legal in Alaska)
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and appropriate / reliable transportation
- Physically capable of lifting 60+ lbs and navigating active job sites
- Professionalism, integrity, of good character and respect for clients and their homes
