Are you a skilled and versatile carpenter looking for a solid opportunity with a growing team? We are currently hiring a **Lead Carpenter (General / Finish) & Estimator** to join our company.
This position is ideal for someone with strong hands-on construction experience who can also handle the estimating side of the job, including site visits, measuring, evaluating project conditions, and helping prepare scopes of work and pricing.
**What we’re looking for:**
* 5+ years of experience in construction, carpentry, or remodeling
* Strong skills in both general and finish carpentry
* Ability to perform site visits and job walkthroughs
* Able to measure accurately and assess project conditions
* Experience helping prepare estimates, scope of work, labor needs, and material lists
* Ability to identify hidden issues, needed repairs, and possible change orders
* Flexibility to work independently and as part of a team
* Must have your own tools
* Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
