Green Earth Landworks is hiring an experienced equipment operator to run our material pit for the field season. If you know how to run an excavator and loader and want flexible, hands-on work, we want to hear from you.
SCHEDULE
• Flexible: part-time (2–3 days/week) or full-time (up to 40 hours/week)
• Schedule based on employee availability
• Seasonal position: May through October
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Operate excavator and wheel loader in a pit/yard environment
• Load materials for haul trucks and customers
• Topsoil screening operations (training provided for qualified operators)
• Maintain a safe, organized work area
• Perform basic equipment checks and communicate maintenance needs
REQUIREMENTS
• Proven excavator and loader operation experience — required
• Safe, responsible operator with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage pit operations with minimal supervision
• CDL not required
• Topsoil screening experience a plus, but we will train the right candidate
COMPENSATION
Pay depending on experience (DOE). Hours and schedule can be discussed to fit the right person.
