Ideally, looking for an experienced cable technician for a part-time training phase into a full-time technician position; depending on how you work, we will talk. Pretty easy stuff on the laborer side, as you will be watching for kinks at choke points and for pedestrian traffic messing with our lines. This will be an initial induction for the right candidate to a whole array of opportunities, as this year is an expansion year for a few projects in motion. I will require you to be drug/drama free and to send a resume. This is an opportunity unique in its own right, as each position is an opening to a wide array of advancement opportunities throughout a business network, with some pretty wild stuff coming down the funnel. On to specifics, just with the IT side things, I need someone who kind of thrives on adapting to new tasks and data. I will be providing paid training in addition to these initially scheduled projects. I want to find someone who can learn quickly, so that by summer, you will be able to lead a local crew or even handle calls independently while I manage statewide services. POS installs, network cabling, device installs, networking, etc., etc. Beyond IT, there will be more things to hop into than you can possibly do, which, for me, is half the fun. I just get whooped by the pace and keep on going, systematic burnout. The bigger projects will pay you by association and will increase over time as we do, but that is with additional projects in the IT business, so there are several avenues for possible income. Pay will start at $32.50 an hour for a qualified tech, and a semi-experienced tech who needs training to run independently at $25 an hour, with pay weekly. We also need another assistant for the back office and multiple other projects. Please reach out for general inquiries. Response may be delayed as daily operations take precedence. Rather than a regular 9-5, where you can only do so much, this will eventually get to where you could work 24 hours a day, which I often do. Sometimes just with IT. Most of the time, between all of it. Quick clarification: no one will have to do as I do, but I will be looking for candidates with a bit of ambition in their own right. If you're over the existence as is being sub-par an acceptable status quo, then come help take the reins, and we will build the future. Already well in motion, so jump on the bandwagon being built for you. We'll schedule interviews over the next couple of days, and we can see about getting you on a project immediately. Interviews may be conducted via phone or video chat, as I am often taking care of rural projects.
