Before you get too excited, please know that this is a restoration project. It will take some skill and time to get it back into fully usable condition.

The trailer has been washed, dried and covered. It is currently in storage for the winter, but could be viewed.
I will entertain offers, but I will not accept lowball offers, as I am happy to wait until summer.
Iām pretty sure we are the second owner. We brought this up from the lower 48 in 2016. It has been well cared for, even after the incident that caused its current condition.
The inside of the trailer was flooded in 2021 during a caribou hunting trip on the Denali Highway. The freshwater tank was drained through the kitchen faucet, but not into the sink.šš«
It was dried out and when I got back to town, I removed the linoleum in the main cabin to a point just past the edges of the watermarks and then removed the black and gray water tanks along with the waterproofing material from the underside.
I then enclosed the underside of the trailer and ran electric heaters and a dehumidifier in the main cabin until I was satisfied that everything was thoroughly dry.
That is where it has largely remained until now.
There is some delamination of the veneer material in the main cabin and fairly substantial delamination around the perimeter underneath.
That being said, there has been no signs of structural compromise. It has been parked and covered for the last few winters and has not had any issues with snow load.
I have tried to include photos that reflect its overall good condition, except for the water damage, and photos of some of the worst of the water damage.

I currently have a clean title for the trailer, but because my insurance reimbursed me, I believe it may be changed to salvaged when retitled.
